Reservation policy

Confirmations are effective upon receipt of the payment of the requested deposit (+ administration fees). Prepaiement of the full stay is requested for confirmation.
Please kindly keep us updated in case of any amendment required.

Administrative fees corresponding to 2% of the requested amount will be levied on any financial transaction. These fees are non refundable.

 Cancellation:

 - All cancellations can be made without charge until August 18th 2026, included (net of administrative fees).

- From August 19th 2026, the full amount will be charge in case of cancellation or shortened stay.

Name changes are without restrictions.

Global Conditions:
 
The final invoice will be provided by the hotel upon check-out and the pre-payment will be deducted from it. All payments sent to bnetwork must imperatively be received before August 11th 2026, in order to be transferred to the hotel on time.
 
From August 19th 2026, you are engaged to pay the entire stay booked at this date. In case of amendment, no show or prior departure, the hotel will charge you the entire stay booked on August 19th 2026. Cancellations shall be communicated to bnetwork in writing via e-mail.

bnetwork will not be able to provide you any invoice for your reservation. Invoices must be claimed at the hotel reception upon check-out.

You can amend your reservation(s) directly through the website clicking in the "My account section" on www.surfair.bnetwork.com or via email: clients.france@bnetwork.com
